I dreamt of being a teacher since I was a very young child, and my aspiration became a reality after I earned all my ECE units from Palomar Jr College and Mt. San Jacinto Jr College.

Fast forward after working in daycare and  being a stay at home mom for many years, I was asked to join a large in-home preschool and teach. It was during this time that I became aware of the difference between daycare and preschool and how important providing a balanced approach to early literacy and numeracy development is. After working there for 8 years, my family and I moved to Menifee where I started group tutoring TK and kindergarten age children. I also homeschooled my daughter. This lead me to becoming an advocate for homeschool families.

My philosophy of education is to connect with each child so that they know they are loved and that they are important. I believe that success breeds success. When children are able to see how much they can do, they will strive to do more. I have taught 3 thru 6 year olds for 18 years now and found my passion in teaching early learners, TK and kindergarten!
